I don't know if this is exactly representative of my diet, because while we only have a few staples around here, I hardly photograph things I make all the time--that's not exciting! I try to make sure I make nutritious, healthy(-ish) meals and I try new dishes all the time. I'll be happy to provide recipes if anyone is interested!
I'm not a vegan, but I'm grateful for all the wonderful recipes vegans have created for veggies.
ReplyDeleteYes! I didn't love food until I went vegan.
ReplyDeleteYou just made me so hungry for all that food! And it made me even more excited for the yummy food we're going to have for my birthday!
ReplyDeleteBeing conscious of our decisions makes every result so much better. Defining what we eat is one way, making our own food is another. Nothing icky about these photos :) I too am vegan, and I enjoy your various unexpected treatments of tofu. Might I suggest playing around with fruit more other than just mashing it all up in a smoothie? :)
ReplyDeleteI do typically eat raw fruit and not just mashed up smoothie fruit. I have not really cooked with fruit though, but it 's something I'd like to try. I'm glad you liked my post (:
ReplyDeleteWhat did you use for the cheese in your quesadilla? I haven't found any vegan cheese that I like, except for the fake cheese sauces that I make.
ReplyDeleteNot everybody is on board with it, but I really love Daiya.
